Circa 1936-1938: Bottom Rings: Here's one of the nicest fiesta
bows you'll ever see, just a gorgeous example of the #4 Fiesta
nesting bowl in the original red glaze with the great early inside bottom rings. This is another one of a few bowls that I've come across that has the early rings with the later mark that is usually found on the bowls with smooth inside bottoms (leads me to lean toward dating this bowl more towards the end of 1938 as they phased out inner rings and phased in the 2nd round mold mark). A fantastic bowl, this example has no apologies and is just a delight for the collector to find. No glaze irregularities, no use marks, no damage, just a smooth and wonderful surface with great lines and perfect sheen. Impressed in the mold with the mark "HLC fiesta MADE IN USA". Measures 7 11/16" w x 5 1/16h"
