Circa 1936 -1944. Fully glazed bottom lets us date this bowl to pre WWII. A prized piece in original red, the fiesta dessert bowl was originally coined "the oatmeal bowl" by designer Frederick Rhead. Bowls were jiggered by hand and will have varying ring patterns around the centers or inside tops. Marked in the mold "fiesta HLCo USA". Please note a few imperfections on the inside bottom of the bowl, under the glaze color spots, in the making, othewise this bowl is in very nice condition without use or damage, great shine and wonderful thick, rich, red glaze. Measures 6 3/16" w x 1 9/16" h.
